Role requirements:
- Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
- Conduct property market appraisals
- Take photos and write listings for advertising on major property portals
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions in the market
- Stay up to date with market insights and trends
- Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency
What you will need:
- Demonstrated success in real estate – as a Sales Consultant or Off Plan Consultant
- Genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach
